Quality Policy

Quality improvement is the best concrete action to implement our management principle "Let us win a complete confidence from the customer and be a company who can make a contribution to the society with its logistics service." With this understanding, we have always pursued it as a critical theme of management to date.

In order to put in place thoroughly and realize the above quality policy, we clarify quality and other corporate policies for the year to all employees at the beginning of the year. We also secure management resources, observe the customer and legal requirements strictly for yet better customer satisfaction while establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems fully meeting the requirements of ISO9001.
Also, by aiming for a continuous improvement on and ongoing review of quality targets and operational content, we devote all our energies to building even more capabilities to win more confidence from the customer and satisfy their needs in more sophisticated ways.

Environmental Policy

Amidst the advances in environmental destruction at a global scale, an environment initiative is extremely important to the company. We establish this policy and positively move forward with the following activities in order to establish, maintain, and improve our environmental management system per requirements of ISO14001.

1. Among our services, we develop actions primarily on the following as they have a significant environmental impact.

(1) Reduction of environmental pollution by improving cargo handling/transportation and equipment used
(2) Effective utilization of resources by Reducing, Reusing, and Recycling (3R) of transportation/packing and waste materials.
(3) Reduction of air pollution through use of energy-efficient and higher-productivity equipment
(4) Energy conservation and environmental considerations through promotion of eco-office, volunteer activities, etc.

2. Thorough implementation of ongoing effort to improve on individual initiatives and precautionary measures to fight pollution.

3. We undertake to comply with all laws and regulations as applicable to our environmental initiatives and other requirements of our agreement.

4. The policy, purpose, target, and review framework at each level based on this policy is clearly stated in our environmental manual.
